She specializes in large scale transformations ranging from replatforming initiatives, to M&A integrations, and numerous implementations for the nation’s largest payers and payviders. Cara has a passion for building high performing teams and delivering scalable, clinically impactful B2B SaaS solutions while driving Customer ROI.

John is a veteran technology leader and multi-time CTO with a track record of scaling engineering teams, driving AI innovation, and delivering successful exits across healthcare IT and enterprise SaaS. He has led cloud transformations, M&A integrations, and modernized legacy platforms into agile, data-driven systems powering business growth at CorEvitas, Eliza, Best Doctors, and others.

Steve is a seasoned technology executive, board member, and serial entrepreneur with a track record of leading startups through growth, transformation, and successful exits. He has held CEO, COO, and CTO roles across venture-backed, PE, and public companies, founded PatientKeeper (acquired by HCA) and Shareable Ink (acquired by Digital Reasoning), and brings deep operating and governance experience.
